CHALLENGE

Return to Sender wanted to clarify its long-term impact ambition and set-up a fair entrepreneurship strategy. This enables them to develop as many fair jobs as possible. The challenge in this is to reframe the meaning of fair jobs and create focus in their efforts.

SOLUTION

We enabled Return to Sender to become more than ‘just’ a fair trade brand: an impact brand that contributes to employment that makes a living, empowering makers to build decent & secured lives. We defined a shared and long-term impact ambition: realizing a living wage for every single worker involved in production. Co-creation enabled us to ensure this ambition was demand-driven and shared with all producers, before we translated it to strategy.

Enabling all the workers involved to fairly exchange their talents for a living wage, to give them the power to decide on their own future.
